Our new villa is situated in the executive development of Sandy Ridge, a charming new community located in a conservation area just 10 minutes away from the gates of Disney and half an hour from Orlando airport. Sandy Ridge is an attractive, quiet and leafy community, yet it has close proximity to theme parks, golf courses, shopping malls and restaurants. Champion’s Gate shopping is close by, with the convenience of supermarkets, fast food outlets and restaurants.

Our home is situated in a quiet no through road, which means peace and relaxation after a busy day sightseeing! Our villa is extremely comfortable and well furnished. Designed in a contemporary style, it has all the features you need, and more, to make your stay completely comfortable. Most importantly the pool area faces west which means you get the glorious Florida sun all day long until sunset! Sandy Ridge also has a communal children’s play area.
